The phrase “Human Premium” first resonated with me during a memorable event at the International Bar Association’s Law Firm Management Academy at Kings College London. It was there that Reena SenGupta introduced this term, encapsulating what I believe is the essence of the future of professional services. This concept struck a chord with me, echoing my vision for Platforum9, a platform designed to uphold our human-ness at the heart of legal services.

The Human Touch in Digital Communication

In today’s digital age, the art of conversation and the warmth of a human voice often get lost in the sea of texts and visuals. This is where the power of social audio will play a crucial role. Social audio brings back the authenticity and human connection that is often missing in digital communication. It allows legal professionals to engage in voice-based conversations, fostering a more human and authentic way to connect, voice their unique perspectives, and build long-lasting professional relationships. This medium exemplifies the Human Premium by providing a platform for genuine, empathetic, and personal interaction, which I believe is essential in today’s AI-driven professional environment.

Reflecting on over three decades in the legal field, I remain convinced that the human element is what truly differentiates exceptional service. As we navigate the evolving landscape of professional services, those who master the art of blending technological advancements with the Human Premium will lead the way.
