Tobias Lovett is an Associated Partner at YPOG, a law firm specializing in tax and business law. Since joining YPOG in 2022, he has focused on advising international clients on investments in the German market, leveraging his extensive experience in cross-border transactions.

Before joining YPOG, Tobias was a Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP in London and completed a nine-month secondment with CMS Hasche Sigle in Berlin. He also spent time on secondment to M-Ventures, the venture arm of pharmaceutical company Merck KGaA.

Tobias has played a key role in several significant transactions, including advising Northzone on its investments into Distribution and Reonic, Eight Roads on its investment into Hero Software’s €40 million Series C financing round, and Atomico on its investments in DeepL, deeploi, and Andercore.
