Rachel Kennedy is a seasoned business development professional with extensive international experience in the legal sector. She is currently Director of Business Development (United Kingdom) at Kinstellar, where she focuses on business development, relationship management, business planning, and strategy.

Before joining Kinstellar, Rachel was Senior Business Development Manager, International at Addleshaw Goddard, managing relationships with law firms across jurisdictions and supporting the firm’s international business groups. She previously served as European Law Firm Business Development Manager at Ropes & Gray LLP, with a particular focus on relationships with European law firms.

Alongside her firm roles, Rachel is Chair of the Marketing & Business Development Sub-Committee of the International Bar Association’s Law Firm Management Committee, reflecting her continued involvement in the international legal business development community.
